Dangle is a master puppet crafter, and owns a monopoly on the business in Platonia. And he knows it. He's been conning his clients since he's opened up shop. He also is always in a generally sour mood and is generally a hermit.

It's rumored that he's hoarding money with the help of The Ambassador of Trouble as a means of creating magic that can easily control inanimate objects, being experimented on his puppets.

I help fingers grow
