Thinking In English

from Moon Gear by Basic Printer

/

about

Tracks owns a gorgeous steam powered train station in the sky. Every man in his family for centuries have owned this station. It is the main port for long distance travel in Platonia.

Every so often, Tracks finds that a manic person comes to in claiming they are lost, but don't know where to go either. He can only send them in a cable car back to town. He swears, though, that he sees them dissipate into thin air as they leave the station.

But I swear I’m not insane,
Because I’m thinking in English.

Stop
It’s always devoid of people, the best place to have a
Read
You know despite all the cars, conductors do not have to let you in they see your face and then decide you’re lost.
But I can’t say that I blame you.
And so I sit real still to feel synapses burst and bump around.
But when I get the feeling that I sort of get it I start to realize they abound.
And they melt into my brain.
But I swear I’m not insane,
Because I’m thinking in English.
